We are currently seeking a dedicated Territory Manager for a full-time, permanent role with a fast-growing, international leader in the medical technology sector. As a Territory Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the company`s products in Finland, working within hospital environments such as radiology, vascular surgery, cardiology, and neuro-radiology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the acquisition and development of new customers in hospital settings, focusing on radiology, vascular surgery, cardiology, and neuro-radiology
- Support and nurture existing customer relationships, providing expert consultation and case support during medical procedures
- Educate physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on the proper use of our products
- Lead product launches and sales presentations, collaborating with users and purchasing departments
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders in the healthcare sector.
- Analyze the territory and develop strategic account plans to fuel growth
- Implement sales and marketing strategies, participate in trade shows, and attend conferences
You bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field
- Deep understanding of medical devices, particularly in radiology, vascular surgery, cardiology, and neurovascular fields
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales within hospital environments, with expertise in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
- Skilled in providing hands-on case support during procedures and comfortable in high-pressure surgical environments
- Dynamic presenter with the ability to train healthcare professionals on the technical and clinical benefits of our products
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals
- Excellent territory analysis and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in English is required
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including participation in trade shows and conferences
